Who we are
Strocera develops and supplies advanced ceramic materials. We are the data controller for the information described below. For any question about your data, write to info@strocera.com and we will respond within one month.
What we collect
We collect only what you give us through the enquiry form on this site: your name, your company, your work email address, the product you are interested in, and any message you write.
We also record technical information sent automatically by your browser: the country your request came from, and the campaign parameters in the link you followed. We do not store your IP address.
If you allow analytics or marketing cookies, we also collect information about how you use this site, such as the pages you visit, how you arrived and whether you sent an enquiry. See Cookies below.
When you make a cookie choice, we record that choice with a random identifier, the date and the language of the page. This record contains nothing that identifies you.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry and to send you the technical documentation you asked for. We process this data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit the form.
If you allow them, we use analytics to understand how the site is used and to improve it, and advertising measurement to see whether our Google Ads campaigns lead to enquiries. Both are based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.
We keep a record of your cookie choice so that we can show we respect it. This is based on our legal obligation to demonstrate consent.
Where it is stored
Enquiry records are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database hosted in the European Union. Confirmation emails are sent through Resend, hosted in Ireland. Our own mailbox is provided by Google Workspace.
Cookie choice records are stored in the same Cloudflare D1 database. If you allow analytics or marketing cookies, usage data is processed by Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads). Google may process this data outside the European Union, including in the United States, under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for 24 months from the date of submission, then delete them. If you ask us to delete your data earlier, we do so.
Cookie choice records are kept for 24 months. Analytics data in Google Analytics is kept for 14 months. Cookie lifetimes are listed below.
Who else sees it
Nobody outside Strocera and the service providers named above. We do not sell your data. The information you enter in the enquiry form is not shared with advertising platforms.

This site uses cookies only with your consent, except for the one cookie that remembers your choice. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.

Before you make a choice, Google tags on this site send limited signals without cookies, such as the page visited, the time and your consent status. Nothing is stored on your device and these signals are not linked to you.
Your shopping cart is stored only in your own browser (local storage), so that it is kept between visits.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation you can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop processing it. Write to info@strocera.com and we will respond within one month.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
